The Contractor shall repair any deficiencies to the completed FDR as directed by the Project Manager. The Contractor shall repair the FDR section at no cost to the Department. The Contractor shall prepare the surface for the asphalt concrete overlay in accordance with Standard Specifications Section 423.3.5, “Placement Operations”.
