Common use of Currencies of Disbursement and Use of Funds Clause in Contracts

Currencies of Disbursement and Use of Funds. (a) The amount of the Financing shall be disbursed in dollars from the Single Currency Facility of the ordinary capital resources of the Bank, to pay for goods and services acquired through international competition and for such other purposes as are indicated in this Contract. (b) The resources of the Financing shall only be used for payments of goods and services originating in the member countries of the Bank.
