CURRENCY & ADDRESS except for royalties generated from Commercialization within Canada, cheques for the payment of royalties shall be in U.S. funds (at the conversion rate stated in the Wall Street Journal on the day prior to the date payment is due) and made payable to the “Receiver General for Canada”.
