Common use of Currency and Manner of Payment Clause in Contracts

Currency and Manner of Payment. All references in this Agreement to currency or to “$”, unless otherwise expressly indicated, shall be to United States dollars. All payments made by the Parties to each other under this Agreement shall be made in such currency in immediately available funds by means of electronic transfer to the account designated by the recipient Party in writing from time to time.
