Currency and Time References. (a) Unless otherwise noted, all references to currency shall be deemed to refer to U.S. Dollars and, for the purposes of all monetary thresholds in Article 8 and Article 10, all references to an amount in U.S. Dollars shall be deemed to include an amount in any other currency that has a U.S. Equivalent of such amount in U.S. Dollars.
