Common use of Currency and Time References Clause in Contracts

Currency and Time References. (a) Unless otherwise noted, all references to currency shall be deemed to refer to Cdn. Dollars and, for the purposes of all monetary thresholds in Articles 8, 9 and 11, all references to an amount in Cdn. Dollars shall be deemed to include the Equivalent Amount in U.S. Dollars or, if applicable, the equivalent amount in any other currency.
