Common use of Currency of disbursement Clause in Contracts

Currency of disbursement. Subject to availability, disbursement of each Tranche shall be made in EUR or any other currency that is widely traded on the principal foreign exchange markets. For the calculation of the sums available to be disbursed in currencies other than EUR, and to determine their equivalent in EUR, the Bank shall apply the rate published by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, available on or shortly before submission of the Disbursement Offer as the Bank shall decide.
