Common use of Currency of Payments Clause in Contracts

Currency of Payments. Repayment of the Loan and payment of all other amounts owed to the Lender will be paid in the currency in which each Tranche has been provided (the “Contractual Currency”), i.e. in C, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing. The Borrower shall bear the cost in the event of and in respect of any conversion by the Lender of an amount received by it in any currency other than the Contractual Currency.
