Currency References in Financial Covenants and Thresholds. For the purposes of determining compliance with the financial covenants or monetary threshold herein expressed in Canadian Dollars, any amounts denominated in United States Dollars shall be the Equivalent Amount thereof in Canadian Dollars for the purposes of determining such compliance or such threshold, unless the context otherwise requires.
