Monetary Threshold definition

Monetary Threshold means the value limit in Naira set by the Bureau outside of which an approving authority may not award a procurement contract;

Monetary Threshold means the value limit in Naira set by this Law and as may be stipulated by the Agency from time to time;
Monetary Threshold means the procurement determination level based on an Institution’s or a Facility’s total annual food costs. The monetary threshold for State Agency is $150,000. National disqualified list means the list, maintained by the USDA of institutions, responsible principals and responsible individuals disqualified from participation in the Program. Responsive bidder means a Caterer registered with the State Agency who has submitted a response to an Invitation to Bid for catering services. Responsive potential Caterer means a Caterer registered with the State Agency who has submitted a response to a solicitation for a quote for catering services. Snack means a meal supplement that meets the meal pattern requirements specified in 7 CFR §226.20(b)(6) or (c)(4).
