Current and Future Legislation Sample Clauses

The 'Current and Future Legislation' clause establishes that the agreement is subject to both existing laws and any new or amended laws that may come into effect during the term of the contract. In practice, this means that if relevant legislation changes after the contract is signed—such as new regulatory requirements or amendments to existing statutes—both parties are required to comply with those changes. This clause ensures that the contract remains legally compliant over time, addressing the risk that legal obligations may evolve and preventing the agreement from becoming outdated or unenforceable due to legislative developments.
