Bargaining Agent Recognition. The Employer recognizes the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees covered by the certification.
Bargaining Agent Recognition. The Employer recognizes the Community Social Services Bargaining Association of Unions as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees covered by the certification.

Government and Service Employees' Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all team members to whom the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board on October 18, 1977 and revised by the Labour Relations Board on July 26, 2006 applies subject to Clause 2.1.

Bargaining Agent Recognition. (a) The Employer recognizes the B.C. Government and Service Employees' Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees to whom the certification, issued by the Labour Relations Board on September 2, 1981, and thereafter amended, applies.
(b) All employees hired into the bargaining unit shall, as a condition of continued employment, become members of the Union, and maintain such membership, upon completion of 30 days as an employee (subject only to the provisions of Section 17 of the Labour Relations Code).
