Current Cash Contribution Amount. The amount of the Participant’s Cash Contribution is set forth in the attached Exhibit A-MOU, which is incorporated herein by this reference, and made a part hereof. Exhibit A-MOU also sets forth the District’s current estimate of the total Design Phase Costs and the Participant’s and each Other Participant’s pro rata share of that estimate. Participant shall pay its Cash Contribution to the District pursuant to the payment schedule set forth on Exhibit A-MOU.
