Common use of Current Licenses Clause in Contracts

Current Licenses. CHIRON represents and warrants that: (a) as of the Effective Date the entities set forth in Exhibit F are the only parties to which it has granted any licensed rights or other grants or immunities to one or more of the CHIRON Licensed Patents in the Field; and (b) Exhibit F contains a complete and accurate description of the effective scope, field and territory of such grant as of the Effective Date. CHIRON also represents and warrants that [***] except as disclosed in Exhibit F.
