Current Operating Areas. Where log- ging, road construction, or other stewardship project work is in progress but not completed, unless agreed otherwise, Contractor shall, before operations cease annually, remove all temporary log culverts and con- struct temporary cross drains, drainage ditches, dips, berms, culverts, or other facilities needed to control ero- sion. Such protection shall be provided, prior to end of a Normal Operating Season, for all disturbed, unpro- tected ground that is not to be disturbed further prior to end of operations each year, including roads and asso- ciated fills, tractor roads, skid trails, and fire lines. When weather permits operations after Normal Operating Season, Contractor shall keep such work on any addi- tional disturbed areas as up to date as practicable.
