Common use of Current Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Current Proceedings. 11.1.1 No Group Company (nor any person for whose acts or defaults a Group Company is vicariously liable) is involved whether as claimant or defendant or other party in any claim, legal action, proceeding, suit, litigation, prosecution, investigation, enquiry, mediation, arbitration or other judicial proceedings or hearings before any statutory or governmental body, department, board or agency (other than as claimant in the collection of debts arising in the ordinary course of its business none of which exceeds £500,000) which is material to the business of any Hotel or Group Company.
