Curriculum and Program Development and Implementation. The professional staff is and should continue to be a major source of developments and innovation in the educational programs of the Ithaca City School District. Each teacher is encouraged to serve on at least one building-level or district-wide committee at least once every three years. The Association will be involved in the development, implementation, improvement and evaluation of such programs. The District reserves the right to involve other appropriate persons.
