Curriculum Change. If a Unit Member’s assignment is changed during the school year in a way that results in more than a 50% change in the curriculum being taught, then (2) days of preparation time without student responsibilities shall be given. Curriculum includes, but is not limited to, subjects taught or Individual Educational Programs (IEPs).

Curriculum Change. The Association will be involved in any curriculum change. The appropriate administrative group (elementary, secondary, etc.) shall be provided with an opportunity to review any proposed curriculum change, addition, or deletion prior to Board presentation. Individual administrative membership on any committee or group proposing a change, addition, or deletion shall not in itself be considered as the opportunity to review.
Curriculum Change. ASSOCIATION members will be involved in any curriculum change presented to the Board of Education through its representation on the D-SIC Committee. The ASSOCIATION may present its position on any curriculum change to the Superintendent prior to the change being presented to the BOARD.
Curriculum Change. If any element of the present curriculum is changed so that the program is offered outside the normal school day or on a separate tuition basis, the Board will offer employment first to the existing members of the teaching staff who are properly certified for such program before employment is offered to any person outside of the school system teaching staff.

Contractor shall provide a copy of the new material curriculum. B) Contractor to develop an educational plan and coordinate with County E&T workers. C) Contractor provides a web-based ▇▇▇▇▇ testing at County HSA Castle Location to be administered by County staff.
Curriculum Change. Where significant curriculum change occurs in a school, the school will provide an appropriate level of time release and/or other resource support over and beyond the programmed non- contact time provided in clause 4.3(b) of this Schedule having given consideration to resource standards in the industry.
Curriculum Change. ‌ (a) Before implementing a significant change in curriculum, the Employer shall: (1) where possible, provide the Union with at least 12 weeks' notice of the change; and (2) meet with representatives of the Union to discuss the change and the resources, timelines and/or processes that may be required to implement it effectively. (b) If the Administration requires that an Instructor attend a conference or similar event related to curriculum implementation and the event is scheduled outside of the Teaching Year, the Instructor shall receive their Daily Rate of pay in addition to their salary for each day in attendance at the conference or event, or shall receive an equivalent time-in-lieu at a time mutually agreeable to the parties.
