CURTAILMENT OF OPERATIONS. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.17, no labor disputes or work stoppages involving the Business are pending or threatened which, either singly or in the aggregate, might have an adverse effect on the Business. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.17, to the Knowledge of ARC and the Stockholders, no material customer of or supplier to the Business is involved in, or affected by, any dispute, arbitration, lawsuit, or administrative proceedings which might materially adversely affect the Business, operations, properties, assets or condition, financial or otherwise, of the Business.
