No tenants shall lay linoleum or other similar floor covering so that the same shall be in direct contact with the floor of the Premises; and if linoleum or other similar floor covering is desired to be used, an interlining of builder's deadening felt shall be first affixed to the floor by a paste or other material, the use of cement or other similar adhesive material being expressly prohibited.
