Common use of CUSIP and CINS Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP and CINS Numbers. The Issuer in issuing the Securities of any series may use "CUSIP" and "CINS"numbers (if then generally in use), and if so, the Trustee shall use the CUSIP or CINS numbers, as the case may be, in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the CUSIP or CINS number, as the case may be, printed in the notice or on the Securities, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP or CINS number of any type of Securities.
