Common use of CUSIP and CINS Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP and CINS Numbers. The Company in issuing the Securities may use "CUSIP" and "CINS" numbers (if then generally in use), and the Trustee shall use CUSIP numbers or CINS numbers, as the case may be, in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice shall state that no representation is made as the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Securities or as contained in any notice of redemption or exchange and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the CUSIP numbers or CINS numbers.
