Common use of CUSIP, Common Code and ISIN Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP, Common Code and ISIN Numbers. The Company in issuing Notes may use “CUSIP”, “Common Code” or “ISIN” numbers or both numbers, and, if so used, the Trustee shall use such “CUSIP”, “Common Code” or “ISIN” numbers or both numbers in notices as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on such Notes or as contained in any notice and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on such Notes, and any such action relating to such notice shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers in such notice. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the “CUSIP”, “Common Code” or “ISIN” numbers.
