Common use of CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code Numbers. The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP,” “ISIN” and “Common Code” numbers, and if so used, such CUSIP, ISIN and Common Code numbers shall be included in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code numbers printed in the notice or on the Notes, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee, in writing, of any such CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code number used by the Issuer in connection with the issuance of the Notes and of any change in any such CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code number.
