Common use of CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP, ISIN or Common Code Numbers. The Issuers in issuing the Notes may use CUSIP, ISIN, Common Code or other similar numbers (in each case, if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP, ISIN, Common Code or other similar numbers in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption or exchange and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption or exchange shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuers will as promptly as practicable notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP, ISIN, Common Code or other similar numbers.
