Common use of CUSIP Numbers and ISINs Clause in Contracts

CUSIP Numbers and ISINs. The Issuer in issuing the Securities may use CUSIP numbers and ISINs (if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP numbers and ISINs in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers, either as printed on the Securities or as contained in any notice of a redemption, that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities and that any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers; provided, further, that if any Additional Securities are not fungible with the Original Securities for U.S. federal income tax purposes, such Additional Securities will have a separate CUSIP number and ISINs. The Issuer shall promptly advise the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP numbers and ISINs.
