Common use of CUSIP or ISIN Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP or ISIN Numbers. Pursuant to a recommendation promulgated by the Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures (“CUSIP”), the Company may cause CUSIP numbers to be printed on the Notes and may direct the Trustee to use CUSIP numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders of Notes. No representation is made as to the accuracy of the CUSIP numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption and reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers placed thereon. The Company will promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP numbers.
