Custodial Charges. Xxxxxxxxx will direct banks and brokers to invoice the Company directly for expenses resulting from the forwarding of offering materials to beneficial owners. The Company will reimburse banks and brokers for invoiced expenses directly but may require Xxxxxxxxx’x assistance with validation of said invoices.
