Information Agent Services. Rights Offering to Expire on July 22, 2024 This Statement of Work No. 1 (“SOW”), adopts and incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the engagement agreement (the “Agreement”), dated June 20, 2024, between Mxxxxx Sodali, LLC (“Mxxxxx Sodali”) and The Gabelli Multimedia Trust Inc. (the “Company”), as it may be amended from time to time. This SOW supersedes all proposals, oral or written, and all negotiations or discussions between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this SOW. In the event of any conflict between this SOW and the Agreement, the Agreement will control, unless otherwise expressly set forth in the Agreement.
