Common use of Custodian arrangements Clause in Contracts

Custodian arrangements. Each Chargor shall: (A) promptly give notice of the Transaction Security to any custodian of any Investments in any form which the Lender may reasonably require; and (B) use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the custodian acknowledges that notice in any form which the Lender may reasonably require.
