Common use of Custody and control of Gas Clause in Contracts

Custody and control of Gas. The custody and control of Gas: (a) delivered at a Receipt Point passes to Evoenergy at the Receipt Station at that Receipt Point; and (b) delivered by Evoenergy to or for the User at a Delivery Point passes from Evoenergy to the User or the User’s nominee, agent or transferee at the Delivery Station at the Delivery Point.

Custody and control of Gas. The custody and control of Gas: (a) delivered at a Receipt Point passes to Evoenergy ActewAGL at the Receipt Station at that Receipt Point; and (b) delivered by Evoenergy ActewAGL to or for the User at a Delivery Point passes from Evoenergy ActewAGL to the User or the User’s nominee, agent or transferee at the Delivery Station at the Delivery Point.

The custody and control of Gas: (a) delivered at a Receipt Point passes to Evoenergy the Service Provider at the Receipt Station at that Receipt Point; and (b) delivered by Evoenergy the Service Provider to or for the User at a Delivery Point passes from Evoenergy the Service Provider to the User or the User’s nominee, agent or transferee at the Delivery Station at the Delivery Point.
