Custody and Trade Settlement. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Trustee, the Trustee shall maintain custody of all Custom Fund assets and be responsible for the settlement of all Custom Fund trades. For purposes of this section, shares of a collective investment fund, shares of a registered investment company and guaranteed investment contracts issued by a bank or insurance company, shall be regarded as the Custom Fund assets instead of the underlying assets of such instruments.
