Custody of Contracts. The contents of each Contract File shall be held in the custody of the Custodian under the Custodian Agreement for the benefit of, and as agent for, the Indenture Trustee.

Custody of Contracts. The contents of each Contract File shall be held in the custody of the Custodian under the Custodian Agreement for the benefit of, and as agent for, the Indenture Trustee; provided, however, for such Contracts that constitute instruments, such Contracts shall be held in the custody of the Indenture Trustee, and the Custodian shall hold the remainder of the contents of the Contract File in its custody.
