Custody of Records for Equity Interest subject to Pledge. 4.1. During the Term of Pledge set forth in this Agreement, Party C shall deliver to Pledgee’s custody the shareholders’ register containing the Pledge. Pledgee shall have custody of such original documents during the entire Term of Pledge set forth in this Agreement.
