Common use of Custody of Records for Equity Interest subject to the Pledge Clause in Contracts

Custody of Records for Equity Interest subject to the Pledge. 4.1 During the Term of the Pledge set forth in this Agreement, the Pledgor shall deliver to the Pledgee’s custody the capital contribution certificate for the Equity Interest and the shareholders’ register containing the Pledge within one week from the execution of this Agreement. The Pledgee shall have custody of such documents during the entire Term of the Pledge set forth in this Agreement.

The Pledgee shall have custody of such documents during the entire Term of the Pledge set forth in this Agreement.
