Common use of Custody of Securitized Utility Tariff Property Records Clause in Contracts

Custody of Securitized Utility Tariff Property Records. To assure uniform quality in servicing the Securitized Utility Tariff Property and to reduce administrative costs, the Issuer hereby revocably appoints the Servicer, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, to act as the agent of the Issuer as custodian of any and all documents and records that the Servicer shall keep on file, in accordance with its customary procedures, relating to the Securitized Utility Tariff Property, including copies of the Financing Order, Issuance Advice Letter and true-up adjustment filings, relating thereto and all documents filed with the MPSC in connection with any True-Up Adjustment and computational records relating thereto (collectively, the “Securitized Utility Tariff Property Records”), which are hereby constructively delivered to the Indenture Trustee, as pledgee of the Issuer with respect to all Securitized Utility Tariff Property.
