Reconciliation Certificates. The Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee within sixty (60) days of each Payment Date, a Reconciliation Certificate in the form of Exhibit D hereto, in accordance with Section 6.11(c) of this Agreement.
Reconciliation Certificates. If at any point during a Payment Period, the Servicer remits Estimated Recovery Charge Collections to the Issuer in accordance with Section 6.11 of this Agreement, the Servicer shall provide to the Indenture Trustee within sixty (60) days of each Payment Date, a Reconciliation Certificate in the form of Exhibit D hereto, in accordance with Section 6.11(c) of this Agreement.
