Custody of Vehicle Files. (a) The Lender hereby revocably appoints UHI as Custodian of the Vehicle Files, and UHI hereby confirms its acceptance of such appointment, to act as the agent of the Lender as Custodian of the Vehicle Files. Upon any sale or disposition of a Vehicle, UHI shall deliver the related Certificate of Title to the Person purchasing or otherwise acquiring the related Vehicle.
