Customer Access and Usage. Customer may allow its contractors to access the Service in compliance with the terms of this agreement, which access must be for the sole benefit of Customer. Customer is responsible for the compliance with this agreement by its contractors.
Customer Access and Usage. Customer may authorize its employees, service providers, and other third parties to access the Services, which access must be for the sole benefit of Customer and in compliance with this Agreement. Customer is responsible and solely and fully liable for such representative’s compliance with this agreement and for set up and management of such access and usage by such Users as further detailed in this Agreement, under Section 1 above, under Schedule 1 and any specific limitation or exclusion of use detailed under xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/legal, which may be changed from time to time by written notification to Customer.
Customer Access and Usage. Customer may authorize its Users (as defined below) to access the Services and/or the Licensed Software, which access must be for the sole internal benefit of Customer and in compliance with this Agreement and the Purchase Order. It is made clear that Customer is responsible and fully liable at all times for such Users’ compliance with this Agreement and the Purchase Order and for set up and management of such access and usage by such Users as further detailed in this Agreement and the Purchase Order.
