Customer Data Access. For the term designated under the Terms of Service Acuity will at its election, and as necessary under applicable law implementing Article 12(b) of the EU Data Protection Directive, either: (1) provide data exporter with the ability to correct, delete, or block Customer Data, or (2) make such corrections, deletions, or blockages on its behalf.
