Customer Data and Customer Templates. A. Processing of Customer Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that with each use of the Service initiated by Customer’s Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Service authenticated users, the Service will access Customer’s Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Service account to retrieve, manipulate, process, and modify Customer Data based on Customer’s configuration of the Service and Customer expressly consents to such access solely as is necessary to provide the Service. If the Service cannot for any reason outside of Conga’s control, access Customer’s Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Service account, Conga will be excused from any nonperformance of the Service. Customer acknowledges that to provide the Service, Customer Data leaves the xxxxxxxxxx.xxx system. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx is not responsible for Customer Data when it is outside of the xxxxxxxxxx.xxx system.
