Customer Data Format for Import and Implementation. PM has provided or will provide Customer with specific formatting and content requirements for the customer data that will be imported onto PM’s platform (the “Data Import Requirements”). Customer will provide PM with all employee and other Authorized User information in the format set forth in Data Import Requirements as needed to perform the Implementation Services. Customer is responsible for insuring that the customer data file to be imported meets the Data Import Requirements, and if Customer’s implementation requires development and processing of custom import files that do not meet the Data Import Requirments, additional charges will apply and will be set forth in an SCR.
