Customer Default to the Gas Distributor. Where a customer of the Gas Vendor is in default of any obligation to the Gas Distributor, the customer shall remain a customer of the Gas Vendor and the billing option may not be changed. The Gas Distributor shall notify the Gas Vendor of the customer default at the same time as a final notice of disconnection is issued to the customer.
