D. Should payment become due from the Reinsurer hereunder, the Company shall give the Reinsurer notice of its intention to make payment on a certain date, and the Reinsurer agrees to remit such payment within ten (10) business days upon receipt of the Notice of Claim from the Insured as provided under the terms of the Policy.
