Common use of Customer Domain Name Clause in Contracts

Customer Domain Name. Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any rights necessary for Customer’s and Google’s use of the Customer Domain Names under the Agreement. Google or Reseller may verify that Customer owns or controls the Customer Domain Names. If Customer does not own, or control, the Customer Domain Names, then Google will have no obligation to provide Customer with the Services.
