CUSTOMER FINISHED PROPERTY CRITERIA. The term “Customer Finished Property Criteria” means the Residential defined and maintained minimum acceptable criteria for all finished renovated properties. Modifications to the Customer Finished Property Criteria will only affect properties with renovation work commencing after Residential notifies Altisource of such modifications.
