CUSTOMER HELP. 13.1. The Licensee will provide a Telephone Help service for ticket delivery and after-sales queries and ensure that calls to it are answered promptly. 13.2. The Licensee will make the Telephone Help service available at times appropriate to the needs of each local market, taking into account factors such as, but not limited to, customer demand, automated help facilities and access to alternative ticket booking channels. The Licensee will make it clear to customers whether the Telephone Help service is, or is not, available on national public holidays.
