Common use of Customer Instructions Clause in Contracts

Customer Instructions. SailPoint will Process Customer Personal Information only for the purposes described in this DPA and only in accordance with Customer’s documented lawful instructions and applicable Data Protection Laws. The parties agree that this DPA and the Agreement set out the Customer’s complete and final instructions to SailPoint in relation to the Processing of Customer Personal Information by SailPoint. Additional Processing outside the scope of these instructions (if any) will require prior written agreement between Customer and SailPoint.
