Customer Liaison. 2.19.1 AAE will endeavour to provide regular updates/progress reports on the Services provided, as well as on an ‘as needed’ basis.
Customer Liaison. Customer will designate an individual to serve as its primary liaison to Edgenuity for all communications related to the provision of Instructional and Professional Development Services, setting up access for End Users, and use of the Subscription.

The Customer Liaison addresses questions, monitors issues, resolves Equipment problems, and supports EBT activities in Counties and WIC Local Agencies. # Requirement 1538 The Customer Liaison shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the last seven (7) years with an EBT Services implementation, EBT maintenance and operations, or EBT transition for a state, United States territory, or district. 1539 The Customer Liaison shall have a minimum of two (2) years within the last seven (7) years of End User help-desk experience addressing End User questions and monitoring issues with a help desk of over two hundred (200) End Users.
