Common use of Customer Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Customer Non-Solicitation. During the term of Executive's employment by Employer and for two (2) years after his termination, Executive shall not directly or indirectly, for himself or for any person, firm or employer, divert, interfere with, disturb, or take away, or attempt to divert, interfere with, disturb, or take away, the patronage of any customers of Employer that obtained or contracted to obtain goods or services from the Employer during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of Executive's termination with which Executive had contact during the term of Executive's employment by Employer.

Customer Non-Solicitation. During the term of Executive's employment by Employer and for two (2) years after his termination, Executive shall not directly or indirectly, for himself or for any person, firm or employer, divert, interfere with, disturb, or take away, or attempt to divert, interfere with, disturb, or take away, the patronage of any customers of Employer that obtained or contracted to obtain goods or services from the Employer during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of Executive's termination with which Executive had actual contact during the term of Executive's employment by Employer.

During the term of Executive's ’s employment by Employer and for two one (21) years year after his Executive’s termination, Executive shall not directly or indirectly, for himself Executive or for any person, firm or employer, divert, interfere with, disturb, or take away, or attempt to divert, interfere with, disturb, or take away, the patronage of any customers of Employer that obtained or contracted to obtain goods or services from the Employer during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of Executive's termination with which Executive had actual contact during the term of Executive's ’s employment by Employer.
